LACK OF UNDERSTANDING OF DUE PROCESS

 

 

It is the system Court Whores that needs the checks and balances back- (blind justice is a start) with the already laws each county, state and federal- bill of rights and constitution already exist.. They are not being followed… nor mandated because….‘families’ are now Government mandated with therapeutic jurisprudence that, ‘allow’ and enable ‘one’ in ‘power’ to begin with; to stay in ‘power’ and control; 

as they, being all the Gals. MHP’s MFT’s, SW’s, custody evaluators et every other nut in between can be a ‘paid’ expert.

 - the judge allows  the ‘feeding frenzy’ style line up – with state statute support; a ‘golden-trough’  that is filling their pockets -guaranteed (15-18 years) of income.  entire childhoods (and generations lost) each child the system ‘claims under the  ‘best interest of the child rule’, is a free pass to do whatever they want- and they do.
