Lack of concern for children to pander to Corruption in Kansas Government
The attached six letters are just a small sampling of what my children have endured with an abusive and neglectful parent while Sedgwick County Family Law will not allow them to see me because I am behind on Child Support after already giving my ex- spouse more than $250,000 (a quarter of a million dollars) in assets and money.
Two letters from about six months ago are from my children's Medical Doctor that works with children: one letter states Clara (now 9 y/o) might be suffering from bad diet or Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and he told me that these could stress induced complications (another attached letter from a USD259 School Counselor states the School Nurse has indicated that Clara still appears to have stomach problems. My two sons (now 11 & 13 y/o) both claim Clara has stomach problems at mom's place but never seemed to have them at my place. The second letter from the children’s Medical Doctor states he suspects Elliott might also be suffering from bad diet or Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and he also told me that Elliott’s complications could be from stress.
Four of the six letters are from their USD259 Schools and were written by one Principal, three Counselors, and one Teacher (all Professionals that have dedicated their lives to working with children and are all USD259 Mandated Reporters). Those four letters state the children's mother has been reported to SRS several times, and I am aware that two of those times were recently. These are not all the times their mother has been reported to SRS because I have proof of another report to SRS from another USD259 Counselor and Mandated Reporter.
An included partial Court Transcript shows SRS details some of the problems the children have with their mother, and neither SRS nor the SRS Contractor know how many times they have provided services to try to help these children. SRS and the SRS Contractor"s" just keep mindlessly providing services without any concern that this has already been done several time before with no benefit to the children and all at the expense of Kansas Citizens.
The children live with their mother and on May 26 2009 Judge Syrios, who likely does not spend much time working with children, ruled the children’s mother could move to Ohio with these children (to be around her already proven child abusive relatives), and Judge Syrios ruled these six letters were of no value because the people (Professionals) that wrote these letters either had no recent exposure to the children or were not qualified to express these concerns. So, Judge Syrios believes these Professionals (a Doctor and several USD259 Employees) unanimously lack qualifications when it comes to concerns about children.
Wednesday evening May 27 2008 I had the Police look at a text message from Elliott that same evening stating, "Mom had Brian Spears come over here and he threatened me". I recorded my conversation with the Police Officer and I showed him the six letters from several Professionals that have reported Elliott's mother to SRS as well as SRS Court Testimony about SRS believing mom has anger issues. When the Police Officer asked me, "Why does mom have custody", I asked, "It is Family Law, need I say more?", and the Police Officer responded, "No". Then the Police Officer stated, "I can't understand how with the school and SRS involved and all this documentation that she gets custody, that's amazing to me!" I am aware of several other times that the children’s mother has initiated Police involvement or her actions toward the children either directly or indirectly through other people has justified Police involvement.
I also have a recording of an Attorney telling me that an attempt to get a large sum of cash from me outside the Courtroom is “Blackmail” and that Attorney blames the Attorney from the opposing side which is now a Sedgwick County Kansas Family Law Judge.
This is only a small part of my “documented” Sedgwick County Kansas corruption without concern for the best interest of the children.
